During this meeting the partners will discuss the development and progress of the Intellectual Products:
✅The GUIDE for coach’s work on #multigenerational #communication and management – managing different #cultural habits, various negotiation and communication techniques, relations, procedures and #stress #management methods in different #generations
.✅COACHING CARDS, including the 30 coaching cards that the partners have been busy with in the last months. These coaching cards are on the topic of #positive #communication, #problem #solving, #good #habits and #pro-#activeness.
✅CASE STUDY – examples of good practice in age management within organizations
✅E-GAME ROOM – building a free of charge platform that would enable creating games and quizzes.
Additionally, the partners will discuss Quality management, Dissemination, Administration and other relevant topics.
