Gender Task Force

#WE-GET!

The European Association for Regional and Local Authorities for Lifelong Learning (EARLALL), the European Forum of Technical and Vocational Education and Training (EfVET) and the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA) are setting up a joint task force addressing gender equality and, in particular, the participation of women and men in lifelong learning.

Given the current situation, we consider it essential and still necessary to promote a more balanced representation of genders in lifelong learning, as a factor for their successful integration into the labour market and for challenging the gender stereotypes.

EfVET, EARLALL and EAEA would be delighted to receive support of all their members to investigate the situation at local/regional and national levels. To this end, we are launching a survey with the aim of finding out what the situation is like in your own environment (personal and/or work).
By filling out the survey you and/or your colleagues will also have the chance to join the Task Force and contribute to its upcoming activities.

Further information will be sent to those interested in signing in. All the information collected through this survey is confidential and, as such, will be analysed by the Gender Task Force staff only, in line with the GDPR.

Deadline: September 30, 2022
