Today marked the final day of our journey with LEGO® Serious Play®, and the ViOne trainers are getting into the heart of facilitation practice and real-world application. 🧠💬
We focused on:
🔹 Designing and delivering full mini-workshops using the LEGO® Serious Play® method
🔹 Facilitator role practice – learning to guide groups with clarity, neutrality, and flow
🔹 Receiving structured feedback to sharpen our presence and approach
🔹 Exploring how to adapt the method to different contexts – from education and youth work to business and team development
What’s becoming clear is that this isn’t just about bricks — it’s about building trust, unlocking insight, and creating inclusive spaces for dialogue.
We’re gaining not only tools, but also the confidence to use them in ways that inspire deeper connection and learning.
