This week, our ViOne trainers are taking part in an exciting and hands-on learning experience: LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator certification training! 🙌
We’re exploring how this powerful method uses LEGO bricks as a tool for creative thinking, problem-solving, and team communication. Through building models, telling stories, and reflecting deeply, we’re learning how to unlock ideas and conversations that are often left unspoken in traditional workshops.
