This week, our team at ViOne Consultancy completed an immersive LEGO® Serious Play® facilitator certification, expanding our toolkit with a method that blends creativity with strategic depth.
Over the final two days of training, we moved from hands-on experimentation to real-world application:
💡 Day 3: We stepped into the facilitator role, designing and guiding full sessions, refining our delivery, and learning how to hold space for insight and dialogue — not just discussion.
🧠 Day 4: We explored how to adapt the method to complex contexts — from leadership development to youth empowerment — and reflected on how this approach aligns with ViOne’s commitment to inclusive, participatory processes.
This training has shown us how structured play can unlock serious thinking, deeper communication, and collaborative transformation. We’re excited to integrate LEGO® Serious Play® into our future work — one brick, one insight, one story at a time.
